FACILITIES in ADC enable the organisation to provide full product development - from the conceptual design stage to fabrication, assembly and final installation phase. The following are among the major projects in which ADC has undertaken since its establishment in 1997:

  • Research, development and implementation of the Airborne Fire Fighting System (AFFS) onboard the Mi-17 helicopters operated by the Air Rescue Unit of the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department (BOMBA)

  • Design and development of an External Hoist Mounting Frame (HMF) for the Mi-17 helicopters which includes complete implementation from conceptual design to final installation.

  • Conduct flight tests and analyses to establish control and stability margins for the MD3-160's aircraft centre of gravity expansion program.
