IN January 2003, the Malaysian Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) granted the Design Organisation Approval AO/0080/01 (BCAR E2 category) to ADC. Under this approval, ADC approval rating is in Airframe, Aircraft system and aircraft components equipment and accessories for aeroplane below 12,500 lbs and rotorcraft 7000 lbs. It is limited to design modification and repair to

· Cabin Configuration

· Installation of Cabin Entertainment systems.

· Furnishing items and emergency equipment.

· Aeroplane structure based upon structural repair manual

· Aircraft electrical systems developed from Manufacturing Standard Practice Manual.

· Avionics and Mechanical aircraft systems and installation derived from manufacturer data.

· Alternate materials and equipment.

· Any other works as individually agreed in writing with DCA.

ADC is allowed to undertake project for aircrafts that are currently outside DCA’s scope of approval provided prior consent from DCA is obtained.
